ഇടുക്കി : അയല്‍വാസി തിളച്ചവെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ചതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഗുരുതരമായി പൊള്ളലേറ്റ് ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന മധ്യവയസ്‌കന്‍ മരിച്ചു. കട്ടപ്പന വലിയപാറ പാറപ്പാട്ട് രാജീവന്‍ ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

സംഭവത്തില്‍ വലിയപാറ അങ്ങേമഠത്തില്‍ ബിജുവിനെ കട്ടപ്പന പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. കഴിഞ്ഞ മൂന്നിനാണ് സംഭവം. അയല്‍വാസികള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള തര്‍ക്കത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ബിജു രാജീവന്റെ ദേഹത്ത് തിളച്ചവെള്ളം മുളകുപൊടി കലര്‍ത്തി ഒഴിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ് കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന ഇയാള്‍ ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രിയാണ് മരിച്ചത്.
