മീനങ്ങാടിയില്‍ ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷ നിയന്ത്രണംവിട്ട് മതിലിലിടിച്ച് മറിഞ്ഞ് ഓട്ടോ ഡ്രൈവര്‍ മരിച്ചു. നാലുപേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു. അമ്പലവയല്‍ ആയിരംകൊല്ലി കല്ലാരംകോട്ട സുരേഷ് (42) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ട് മീനങ്ങാടി താഴത്തുവയലില്‍ വെച്ചായിരുന്നു അപകടം. ഓട്ടോയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആയിംകൊല്ലി സ്വദേശി അസൈനാറിനെ വിദഗ്ധ ചികിത്സാര്‍ത്ഥം കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. പരിക്കേറ്റ മറ്റു മൂന്ന് പേരെ മീനങ്ങാടിയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിലും പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
