തിരുവനന്തപുരം : ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാം വഴി യുവതിയെ പരിചയപ്പെട്ട യുവതിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ച സംഭവത്തിൽ ആറ്റിങ്ങലിൽ 26 വയസുകാരൻ അറസ്റ്റിലായി. 

യുവതിയുമായി സൗഹൃദം നടിച്ച് അടുപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കിയ ശേഷം പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് പൊലീസ് പറയുന്നത്.

ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ പാലസ് റോഡ് മങ്കാട്ടുമൂല ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിനു സമീപം അനിൽ അംബരം വീട്ടിൽ നന്ദു എന്നു വിളിക്കുന്ന അദ്വൈത്(26) ആണ് ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ പൊലീസിന്റെ പിടിയിലായത്.

ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ സ്വദേശിനിയായ യുവതിയെ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ വഴി പരിചയപ്പെട്ട ശേഷം നിരവധി തവണ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചെന്നാണ് കേസ്. ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ പോലീസിന് ലഭിച്ച പരാതി പ്രകാരം അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിവരികയായിരുന്നു. ഇതിനിടെ യുവാവ് ഒളിവിൽ പോയി.

എന്നാൽ ഇയാൾ ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ മങ്കാട്ടുമൂല എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തുണ്ടെന്ന് വിവരം ലഭിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പൊലീസ് അവിടെ എത്തുകയായിരുന്നു.
