**കൊല്ലം:** കൊല്ലം കുമ്മിളിൽ ഭർത്താവിനെ വെട്ടിയ പരിക്കേൽപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ഭാര്യ കുളത്തിൽ ചാടി ആത്മഹത്യക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചു. 

വട്ടതാമരയിൽ 54 വയസ്സുളള ഷീലയാണ് ഭർത്താവ് 63 വയസ്സുളള രാമചന്ദ്രനെ വെട്ടി പരിക്കേൽപ്പിച്ചത്. വെട്ടിയ ശേഷം ഭാര്യ തെട്ടടുത്തുളള കുളത്തിൽ ചാടുകയും ചെയ്തു.
