കൊച്ചി: ഹോസ്റ്റലിന്റെ നാലാം നിലയിൽ നിന്ന് വീണ കെയർടേക്കർ മരിച്ചു.

വാഴക്കാല സ്വദേശി ദീപ ജയകുമാർ (47) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

എറണാകുളം വാഴക്കാലയിലെ ഹോസ്റ്റൽ കെട്ടിടത്തിൽ വൈകിട്ട് നാല് മണിയോടെയാണ് അപകടം. ടാങ്കിൽ നിന്ന് വെള്ളം ചോരുന്നത് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ദീപ കാൽ വഴുതി വീഴുകയായിരുന്നു. 

ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല.
