കോട്ടുക്കൽ സ്വദേശി നസറുദ്ദീനാണ് അറസ്റ്റിലാണ്. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ച ശേഷം കൈ കഴുകാൻ വെളളം നൽകിയില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞായിരുന്നു കുൽസം ബീവിയെ മകൻ മർദ്ദിച്ചത്.
