**തൃശ്ശൂർ:** ക്ഷേത്രോത്സവത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായ കലോത്സവത്തിൽ കലാപരിപാടികൾ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ സ്ത്രീ കുഴഞ്ഞുവീണ് മരിച്ചു.

പരയ്ക്കാട് തണ്ടാശ്ശേരി ജയരാജിൻ്റെ ഭാര്യ സതി (67) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ട് അരിമ്പൂർ കൂട്ടാലെ മഹാവിഷ്ണു ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ കലാപരിപാടി അവതരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ സതി കുഴഞ്ഞുവീഴുകയായിരുന്നു.

സംഘാടകരും സഹപ്രവർത്തകരും ചേർന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലു० ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല.
