ചുനങ്ങാട് വാണിവിലാസിനി സ്കൂളിൽ വോട്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ എത്തിയ ചന്ദ്രൻ (68) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണതിനെതുടർന്ന് ഒറ്റപ്പാലം താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും മരണപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു.
